There is a story behind this album, and I could ramble on about how, sitting awake at 5am in a cabin in the shadow of Mt. Rainier, it came to life. I could tell stories of all the sights I saw, from the copious and unexpected greenery of the city highways to experiencing the mystical horror of Twin Peaks for the first time; I could expel a lifetime of emotional drama I found myself experiencing; and I could lend you the pages and pages I have written trying to figure all of my time in Seattle out.

But I won't, because that's tedious. If you're truly interested, start with this album, which attempts to capture, resolve, and remedy all of the above experiences in one place. If her and I are still here in the years to come, then chances are the narrative will change, because time does that to everything. Until then, this is how it is.
